This is the unique Nova Sam. (Has been adopted)
He is a year and a half; believed to be a Podengo mix. Nova Sam is an active, charismatic, intelligent dog.
Nova Sam loves treats and is food motivated, this would be a good way to teach him how to do jobs for you. These new jobs would be great for everyone; you get your dog to do the simple jobs in life (example: getting your slippers in the morning), and he gets to have fun pleasing you. Staff at KHS believes Nova Sam would be suitable for a family with children over 6, but cannot live with cats. He just can't seem to settle when cats are in the room. Nova Sam has been good with most dogs at the KHS. A canine companion may be benefitial to him as it could help him burn off some steam.
Nova Sam has been with KHS for a while, so he is now part of their VIP program - his adoption fee is reduced by 25%. I know his forever home is out there; I hope he finds it soon.

That's my dog! I adopted him late spring last year. He's going to be in the KHS Best Friends 2014 calendar on one of the big pages.
ReplyDeletePS - We think he might be part pharaoh hound.
